My head on the pillow, a time to dream
Mind, body and spirit become one team
The goals are set in each new day
The challenges come in both work & in play
Yet now I lay in this bed to rest
As the dreams begin, I am put to the test
For dreams are messages from up above
A connection with spirit and all of their love
A special gift from God’s precious store
A healing of sorts that we should not ignore
For in our dreams the answers they come
Flowing into our beds from heaven above
Then spirit steps in and shows us the way
For Astro- travel is more than just play
So our spirit connects with loved ones each night
As we soar into the heavens, our souls like a kite
A dance so sweet that we resist coming back
But the earth plane is calling, so it’s home that we head
We blow spirit a kiss now, our souls have been fed
Knowing deep down inside we can travel again
To see those who we miss who have gone on their way
We discover that dreaming is more than just play |
