Channeled Guardian Angel Meditation: 2002
This is a meditation that will connect you with your guardian angel. Once connected, many questions can be asked, and many solutions will come your way. This meditation can be done on a daily basis, or anytime you are looking for answers and guidance.
To begin, make sure that you are wearing comfortable clothing. Get into a comfortable position either sitting or laying down. Now proceed to breathe deeply and slowly through your nose. Hold for a second, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Three or four times will help you to relax. Now you are ready to begin. (Putting this meditation on tape using your own voice can be very helpful) Also, listening to this before bedtime can activate your dreams, and bring you many answers from our heavenly friends or loved ones who have passed.
Your eyes are closed and you are feeling very relaxed. Picture yourself in a summer meadow full of wild flowers. Now visualize the many beautiful colors, blues, pinks, yellows, greens and lavender. Now look up at the beautiful blue sky, as you feel the sun shining down upon your head. Take another deep breath and feel a warm breeze pass you by. You feel peaceful and calm. This is a time to release, and let go of all your worries, fears, and sadness. This is your sanctuary, a place where you can come and escape from the pressures of everyday life.
Now look to your right where you will see a small doe waiting to get your attention. She asks that you follow her onto the wooded path knowing that you are about to be greeted by a beautiful angelic being. As your angel appears, you will want to ask the question “what is your name?” Listen and hear the sweet words come from your angel’s lips. Repeat the name to yourself, and know that your guardian angel is now with you. What does your guardian angel look like? How do you feel in your angel’s presence? Your guardian angel has been with you since the beginning, and will be with you for eternity. Your angel is here to help, and guide you while answering any questions you may have. What is it that you want to ask at this time? Listen for the answers without judgment or fear. If the answer doesn’t appear right away, trust that your guardian angel will provide this answer through other people, places, situations, or through your dreams. Be with your angel now, and feel the peace, and serenity that surrounds you. Remember you are never alone. Your angel is always willing to help and guide you through life’s many ups and downs. Never judging - always there with love and kindness. Now it is time to thank your guardian angel for the love and guidance you have received. Wave to your angel, and turn around towards the path that brought you here. Feel the peace, and serenity that is now yours to take with you throughout your day. You now find yourself back in the beautiful meadow as the beauty around you will enhance the peace you will feel for many hours to come. Now take a deep breath once more through your nose, and gently release your breath out through your mouth. Do this several times while you slowly come back into the room. Move gently, and wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you are ready open your eyes, and look around remembering that you now have your guardian angel’s name to use at anytime for guidance and support. Call upon your guardian angel often. For it is your angel’s pleasure to be of service to you.
